Coach started his career since young age in Freestyle Wrestling with many achievements at national championships. Afterward he learned other martial arts like: Pankration, Boxing, Kick Box, ΜΜΑ & Judo. In 2008 he started Grappling and then he spicialised in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In 2018 he was awarded with the blak belt from Roberto de Moraes Atalla
He is certificated coach by the General Secretariat of Sports in Ju-Jitsu, Wrestling and MMA
Moreover, he is the Head Coach of Rio Grappling Club in Greece and Cyprus

- Holder of 2x Belts in NAGA

- Champion in Submissionism
- Many times Champion in National Newaza
- Many times Champion in National Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
